Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers who wish to cancel must provide official notification in writing by mail or email. Please include the reasons for cancellation from the service. Cancellation notification must come from the designated contact(s) for the Customer.

Cancellation is effective from the date postmarked on the written notice, or, for email, the date received by SaNE, Inc. Customers are responsible for all program fees until notification is received by SaNE, Inc.
Customer will be responsible for all current balances and charges for email activity up to the time of cancellation. The SpamOnion service bills based on email activity for the prior month. Charges will be pro-rated from the 1st of the current month to the date of cancellation. Setup fees are non-refundable.
The information contained in this Cancellation and Refund Policy supersedes any verbal or other written information that anyone may receive regarding this policy.
