Our Commitment To Privacy

Network Engineering, Inc (SaNE, Inc) website. On some pages, you can order

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information

online and maintain by using the procedure outlined below.
You must contact the SaNE, Inc customer service or billing group(s) using the
contact information below to request a change or update
to your information. Information regarding an organization or individual, such
as billing information, can only be updated by the designated contact(s) for
that organization (for the rest of this document, term organization will
refer to either an established organization or an individual). The designated
contact(s) are established when a service is purchased from SaNE, Inc or when an
existing designated contact updates the organization's information.
To discourage social engineering attacks, SaNE, Inc requires that we must
confirm a contact's identity either by requesting disclosure of an account
password and/or by calling the contact using the phone number we have stored in
our database. If we are unable to verify the contact's identity, SaNE, Inc will
contact another designated contact and attempt to confirm that person's
identity.
If SaNE, Inc is unable to confirm the identity of any of the organization's
designated contacts the organization will have to appoint a designated contact
by submitting a written letter on the organization's letterhead. The letter
must contact the name, address, phone number and email address of the appointed
designated contact. The letter must by signed by an officer of the
organization.
Assuming the designated contact's identity is verified, he/she may then request
the information to be changed/updated for the organization. You can correct
factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a
request that credibly shows error.
